Job descriptionMainAccountabilities:
• Function as Civil Engineer for managing commercial building construction related projects.
• Lead and support the ongoing project at multiple locations PAN India
• Initiate new projects as per requirement
• Check quality and safety of work at site/Quality Control.
• Monitor of the schedule and planning of activities with contractors at site
• Coordination with consultants, contractors and other vendors for multiple projects/ maintenance activities for drawings/ other documents
• Preparation of budgets and estimations for the projects/ maintenance activities
• Construction and finishing of industrial buildings or warehouse projects and utilities with strong adherence to drawings, specifications, quality
• To liaison with Government bodies to get plan approved or other related matters
• To analyze the current market rates of building material/ other related items
• To keep track of labor rates trends locality-wise
• To ensure the quality of building material
Qualification:
• Education- BE/B.Tech(Civil) Full Time Course
• Experience- Total 20 years. Dedicated exposure to construction of multi storied commercial buildings and logistic hubs.
Preferred candidate profile:
• Soft skills like A-CAD, MS Project and hands on experience in excel is desirable.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to conceive new approaches and streamline processes.
• Strong project management skills. Must have ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities.
• Flexibility in a changing, fast-paced environment with multiple work demands.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good exposure to Commercial building projects.
• Extensive exposure to manage PAN India projects and ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Good analytical skills towards PBB/conventional structures.
• Should be well versed with NBC rules and regulations.
• Exposure to construction of office interiors with updated knowledge about construction and interior materials.
• Should be willing to travel as per the requirements.
