Job Description

    Civil Supervisorsmonitor civil construction projects. They oversee activities such as building bridges, repairing highways and doing construction on airports. While Civil Supervisors may have an office, much of their time is spent on construction sites to make sure all parties involved are performing up to par.Experience in supervision(field) in Civil, Structural/Precast works, earthworksand ability to manage crews and organize tools, manpower, equipments. etc on site.Coordinate with client and excellent with reports.Job descriptionA Civil Supervisor is a professional who oversees and manages construction projects in the civil engineering field
    • Their duties typically include:
    • Planning, organizing, and directing the work of construction crews on the job site
    • Ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards
    • Reviewing blueprints and construction plans to identify potential problems and suggest improvements
    • Monitoring construction progress, inspecting work in progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
    • Maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and labor to the job site
    • Managing and training construction crews, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
    • Resolving disputes, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and making decisions that impact the success of the project
    • Preparing reports, tracking budgets and schedules, and maintaining project documentation
