Position: Key Account Manager/ Client Relationship Manager Experience: Min 3 Year Location: Mohali / Chandigarh Duration: Fulltime Salary: As per company standard Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate (Preferred MBA-Marketing/IB) Should have experience in Recruitment Industry. Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for the overall Beeline relationship with assigned clients 2. Responsible for the operational vision and execution of all client relationship requirements. 3. Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue 4. Communicates the clients goals and represent the clients interests to the team 5. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations 6. Ensures overall and general wellness of all designated client accounts 7. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including Client Services, Implementation, Strategic Consulting, Product Management, and Executive Management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients expectations 8. Responsible for creating time-saving processes and procedures for additional team members in sourcing, interviewing and hiring in order to help meet exceptionally aggressive hiring requirements 9. Responsible for Vendor relationship management and growth to enhance the Owner-Operator.
