Job Description

Asisting in joining process & exit formalities. Vendor co- ordination, Identification, Quotations & Negotiations for accomplishing the desired supplies Updating & maintain the holiday list , Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and mails Performing other work related duties and forwarding the desired reports to the higher management on day to day basis. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office. Maintaining office recurring payments like utility bills, etc. Create, maintain, update local inventory of office assets like furniture, stationary, etc. Maintaining pantry material, Infrastructure Management, Co- ordination with different agencies for supply, repair, AMC etc. Arrange the meetings & co- ordinate with relevant dept. & office should be neat and tidy at all times. Minimum of 4- 5 years varied experience the field of HR and Admin with MS- Office suite experience. MBA- HR or other master degree. Effectively and positively influences peers/ subordinates/ superiors in difficult/ complex situations. Good written, verbal, and presentation skills. Solid interpersonal skills. Listens effectively. Invites open communication and feedback.,
