In conjunction with the Executive team, set short and long-term objectives and strategies for the global development of the forum events, conferences and festivals. - Develop GTM strategy and business development for the Forums, contributing towards event agendas, with input from other stakeholders. - Solicits themes, topics and convening presenters from around the world for conference content. - Sets up an advisory board of thought leaders for Forum inputs and direction. - Nominates and secures speakers, moderators, and participants for Forum events. - Serves as a public ambassador and voice on behalf of and to promote Client within the global wellness, digital, and innovation community. - Plan, coordinate, and attend internally and externally held community development initiatives for Forum. - Works with marketing and content teams in pre/ post-production to maximize the impact of content captured at conferences. - Setting and managing budgets for content and delivery of local events and community engagement at their chapter level. - Develop and execute the strategy to nurture and expand the Wellbeing community through meaningful engagement
