Join our esteemed team and contribute to a healthier community.Position :- Consultant cardiologistLocation :- Gujrat, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Kerala Rajasthan &West BengalSalary :- 9-10 lacs per month accommodationJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Cardiologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of cardiovascular diseases and conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels. This role requires exceptional clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:
    • Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis:
      • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and assessment of medical and family history.
      • Order and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests such as ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitors, cardiac catheterizations, cardiac MRI, and CT scans to accurately assess heart function and detect abnormalities.
      • Diagnose various heart conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, congenital heart defects, and hypertension.
    • Treatment Planning & Management:
      • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for cardiovascular diseases, which may include medication management, lifestyle modifications, and interventional or surgical referrals.
      • Perform or oversee interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, pacemaker implantation, and electrophysiology studies, as per specialization.
      • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing care and support for chronic conditions.
    • Preventive Care & Patient Education:
      • Educate and counsel patients and their families on cardiovascular health, risk factors, disease prevention, and treatment options.
      • Promote healthy lifestyle choices, including diet, exercise, and stress management, to prevent and manage heart disease.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork:
      • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
      • Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Emergency Care:
      • Provide prompt and decisive medical intervention during cardiac emergencies such as heart attacks or cardiac arrest.
    Qualifications:
    • MBBS from a recognized medical university.
    • MD/DNB in General Medicine followed by DM/DNB in Cardiology (or equivalent super-specialization).
    • Valid medical license to practice in India.
    • [Specify desired years of experience, e.g., Minimum 1 years of experience as a Consultant Cardiologist post DM/DNB. ]
    • Board certification in Cardiology is highly preferred.

    • Diagnostic & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex medical information, interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
    • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to explain complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
    • Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure and emergency situations.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in patient care, documentation, and procedures.
    • Compassion & Empathy: A caring and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
