The role focuses on acquiring corporate salary relationships and nurturing strong partnerships with corporate clients. We seek an energetic professional with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and acquire new corporate salary account relationships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to generate business opportunities.
    • Assess client needs and offer suitable banking solutions and products.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate customers.
    • Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and opportunities for business expansion.
    • Provide effective customer support and resolve client concerns promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and audit requirements.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate sales, business acquisition, or relationship management (preferably in banking).
    • Good understanding of corporate banking products and salary account propositions.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build, maintain, and grow corporate relationships.
    • Knowledge of local market and competitive landscape.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and related applications.
