Someone who can talk to customers, ask questions to identify their needs, and then explain solutions that will turn them into paying customers.This role requires enthusiasm, friendly and professional attitude, and strong verbal and written communication. You will be the first person that a customer talks to, so personality and likeability are a must. If youre a monotone robotic speaker on the phone, this role is not for you. If you can get a grandma excited about electronic signatures, we want to talk to you :)Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound leads and prospects to qualify and set appointments to follow up till closing the deal
  • Identify decision makers in organizations across key industriesfunctions and build a prospect list
  • Own and execute outreach to targeted accounts and prospect lists in a personalized manner
  • Nurture and qualify interested prospects by setting up demos
  • Monitor users acquired through free trials for potential sales interaction
  • Share insights from existing sales funnel and evaluate the performance of lead sources
  • Be available for phone calls and meetings with customers and team members in other time zones
  • Be the sales specialist to interact with email inquiries and phone calls from 6 pm - 3 am IST (Thats 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST).
  • Qualifications
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales development, account executive or inside sales specialist role in a SaaS product company
    • Ability to hit goals in a fast paced sales environment with accurate lead management in a CRM, proven by past experience and results
    • Team player, with a strong self - starter attitude
    • Desire and drive to always be learning
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Confident, positive, friendly, and professional attitude
    • BABS degree or equivalent work experience

Your performance will be evaluated based on how many customers you are able to qualify, the quality of the information you are able to get from them, the quality of your communication with customers and team members, and how many deals you had an impact on.
