Job Description

Dear Job Aspirant,Hiring is going on for the post of SO (Senior Officer), AM (Assistant Manager) and DM (Deputy Manager for a reputed Life insurance company. The department is Customer Advisory Team. SO, AM and DM will report to Branch Relationship Manager.Function will be service to sale.CTC :SO (Senior Officer) - 1.80 2.1 L per annum plus incentives.AM (Assistant Manager) - 2.20 - 2.65 L per annum plus incentives.DM (Deputy Manager ) - 2.80 3.25 L per annum plus incentives.Location : Ambala, Chandigarh, Jammu, Ludhiana and Mandi.This is a job of Direct Sales. It is in a multinational Life insurance company. Some leads of already existing customers will be provided to you. Rest leads you have to generate from the already existing customers of the company.You will be required to get the retention, renewal. up selling and cross selling of the already existing customers policies done.The data of existing customers will be given to you. You would be required to generate new business from these leads.Direct customer service and sales to existing company customers through relationship building. Existing Customer database will be provided by company.Service through relationship management

  • Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base.
  • Ensure retention of customers in his/her allocated Book of Relations (existing customer database).
  • Act as single point of contact for customers for any customer query/complaint.
  • Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance.
  • Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to customer
  • Fix self appointments everyday from the given customer database as per the campaign
Sales
  • Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated customers.
Ensure successful completion of licensing as per company standardsKey Relationships (Internal /External)
  • Internal HR/Trainers/Supervisors/Peers
  • External- Customers
Key competencies/skills required

  • Basic Computer Knowledge.
  • Good communication skills- English and regional language
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCESenior Officer Customer Advisory Team :. 0 to 1.5 years experience in any field sales. Fresher will be taken if they have a flair of sales.Assistant Manager - Customer Advisory Team:
  • 6 months - 2 years experience in any field sales.
Deputy Manager Customer Advisory Team :
  • 2 - 3 years experience in any Banking and Financial field sales.
Candidate should have :-
  1. Must own or buy a TAB
  1. The candidate should have his or her own conveyance.
  1. Age for SO should be between 20 to 25 years.
