• Recruit, train & mentor Business Associates and Agents (commission-based).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through regular tracking & field monitoring.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and maintain the Sales Management System.
• Enhance agent engagement through Career Progression Programs.
• Drive adoption of digital tools (CRM, Agent Portal, etc.) for customer management & cross-selling.
