1. Job Title: Branch Manager Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch. Direct all branch level operational activities including business development, customer service & overall administration. Job Title: Gold Valuer/ AppraiserTo ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets. Job Specification: Graduates with atleast 1 year of experience in gold checking and gold loan disbursement. Broader knowledge about purity of gold, present rate of gold etc. Experience of handling customers & large amount of cash. 3. Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveAttending walkin customers & resolve product (Gold Loan) related queries. New customer acquisition, improve client retention, analyzing their needs and offer services accordingly. Ensuring the overall hygiene factors of the branch. Follow up for interest collection and NPA reduction. Responsible for generating references & cross selling through walk in customers. Job Specification: Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates. Previous experience of customer handling or experience of working in Sales / Marketing & Front Desk is preferred. Should be expressive & convincing and must possess effective communication skills.
