Thorough knowledge of Soap/ Surfactants/ Oil chemistry. 2) Development of new product and improvement of current products. 3) Knowledge of packaging material for related products. 4) Basic knowledge of project management and innovation process. 5) Knowledge of Regulations and standards on Drugs and Cosmetics, PFA and Legal Metrology Act and Rules. 6) Designing and conducting trials in pilot plant and related analysis. 7) Scaling up of the pilot results in main plant. 8) Interpreting results and using the knowledge to relevant area of application. 9) Work experience In R&D/ Product Development/ Production of toilet soaps is preferred. Functional Area: Pharmaceuticals 1) Capability to think innovative and design experiments from ideas. 2) Excellent network in related industry. 3) Analytical ability with application of mind and trait for problem solving 4) Methodical approach to work - good skill of documenting results of experiments and report writing. 5) Positive attitude towards doing new things in work. 6) Consumer centricity with ability to satisfy Internal and external customer 7) External focus on market scenarios and competition activities. 8) Use of statistical tools for problem solving.,
