Position Summary Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintains facilities staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. .
  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom ; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • General office purchase such as stationery, food & beverage, etc.
  • Front desk duties.
  • To ensure that your own work area and the surrounding reception is welcoming, attractive and tidy at all times.

Safety

Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.

Other

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.

Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Qualifications Graduation or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issue arise.
  • Multitasking and time - management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
