General Manager - Factory Operation/ProductionKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules, optimize resource utilization (machinery, materials, workforce), minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products. Implement and monitor quality control systems, ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications, and drive continuous improvement in product quality. Manage production costs, optimize resource allocation, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and ensure efficient utilization of materials and energy. Ensure a safe working environment, implement safety recommendations and programs, and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices. Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, provide guidance and mentorship, and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments (sales, marketing, quality, maintenance, etc.) and ensure alignment between production and other business functions. Qualification And Experience: 1. Should have 15-20 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a strong focus on CPP film production and management. 2. Deep understanding of CPP film manufacturing processes, including extrusion, printing, lamination, and slitting. 3. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement. 4. Ability to identify and resolve production bottlenecks, analyze data, and implement solutions. 5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. 6.
