Description:The graphics/web designer will be responsible for the general appearance of websites and for generating and creating graphics using identified logos. This resource will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Conceptualize, design, and layout web pagesPlanning and designing layouts and navigational structure for assigned projectsDeveloping innovative, elegant and highly usable design solutionsPerforming design and usability testing functions as requiredWorking through projects from inception to posting-coordinationCreating web-based wireframe architecturesDesired Skills and Experience Requirements:1-2 years of experience in professional web application design experienceExperience with responsive design and creating interfaces for mobile devicesA strong and clean visual design sense.User interface design experienceAn exceptional online portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web projects is requiredThe ability to consistently produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on timeMust possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and an exceptional attention to detailA deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing principlesMust be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize and manage time effectivelyIdeal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player and a quick learner who is able to work independently and with direction as part of a team.Excellent communication and teamwork skillsEducation Requirements:Bachelor degree in Graphics/Web/Communication designs or other IT related fieldsTechnology Requirements:Photoshop and related toolsHTML5CSS3Javascript (is a plus),
