Job Description

  1. Meet and entertain guests to enhance guest satisfaction.
  2. Block the VIP rooms and keep the keys and personal stationary ready to facilitate express check-in.
  3. Maintain Quality standards and maximize utility of departmental resources.
  4. Regularly update guest preferences and profile on the opera.
  5. Improve efficiency standards to ensure better performance.
  6. To enhance morale of staff by effective relationship building
  7. Answers incoming calls,Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system andPlaces outgoing calls.
  8. Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
  9. Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
  10. Provides information about hotel services to guests.
  11. Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations.
  12. Provides paging services for hotel guests and employees.
  13. Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required.
  14. Monitors automated systems including fire alarms and telephone equipment when engineering and maintenance department is closed.
