    Opening For UI Designer Designation : UI Designer Experience: 9-12 years Salary: 8-15 Lakhs PA Location: Panchkula, Chandigarh Job Description We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. Responsibilities
    • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
    • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
    • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles ( i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc. )
    • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry s standards.
    Requirements
    • 10 or more years of experience and proven track record.
    • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during an interview.
    • Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
    • Creative ideas with problem-solving mindset.
    • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
    • Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, prototyping, storyboards, user flows, and mocking up user experiences.
    • As the project evolves, the UX Designer/Developer will design, code the markup, conduct user testing, and perform other user-facing activities to validate the design, and interaction.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to perform user testing
    • Develop mobile and cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using C# ASP .NET, HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript and JQuery as well as frameworks like bootstrap or Foundation.
    • Contribute to design, technical and functional documentation such as detailed architectural and design documents as requested.
    • Ability to define, architect and implement UX solutions based on stakeholders requirements and designs
    • Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design and develop solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design
    • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
    • Familiarity with code versioning systems (GIT)
    • Good understanding of page speed optimization principles and tools.
    • An understanding of SEO principles
