Job Description

Hi,We have an opening for the Customer Service Associate-VCS-India for the ecommerce companyVirtual Customer Service (VCS)- It is a Work from Home model for India CS. VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and;work-like; environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.You will receive 6 weeks of mandated online training, either trainer-led or group-based, which will allow you to meet your new team virtually and learn together on how to offer the best customer service experience.Knowledge & Skills RequiredDesired skills:

  1. Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized
  2. Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
  3. Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  4. Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
  5. Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and
  6. accurate written responses
  7. Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7,
  8. Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  9. Good typing skills
Preferred Criteria:
  1. Should be self-driven, motivated and task driven individual who can learn fast and
  2. operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.
  3. Should ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to
  4. ensure maximum productivity
  5. Should ensure environment with no disturbance during the work hours.
The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passionfor excellent customer service.Company Policies:Applicant should be 18 years of age or older.Applicant should be authorized to work in IndiaMinimum qualification required is 10+2, but currently you should not be pursuing any regular studies.Applicant should be comfortable working in a non-technical role.Training will be during first 6-8 weeks, and during this time unscheduled leaves will not be allowedApplicant should be comfortable working in Night Shifts, Over Time, and if required on a Public Holiday.Employees are required to work in 9 hours shift, this includes 8 working hours and 1 hour of break.Employees are entitled to two consecutive Weekly Offs in a week and the same would not necessarily be on Saturday or Sunday.Benefits:1.Meal Voucher2.Night Shift Allowance3.Overtime Allowance4.Medical Insurance5.
