If you share our passion in helping people to pursue their dreamsthrough education and thrive in an innovative agile digitalculture , then come and join us as we undergo our digital revolution.Responsibilities:Handling outbound calls Speaks professionallyRespond to basic student queriesHave basic understanding of education industryResearch required information using available resourcesHandle and address customer complaints / issuesClassify the calls based on their importance as per definedcriteriaIdentify and escalate priority students Follow up customer calls where necessary Requirements:Bachelor (or above) qualification 1 - 2 years of call handling experience with at least 6 months in an outbound experience in call centreProficient in relevant computer applications Knowledge of customer service principles and practicesCustomer service experienceKnowledge of administration and clerical processes ,
