    Job Title: Sales Manager Secured Loans (LAP)Department: SalesRepor ng to: Branch Sales Manager / Branch ManagerCompany: Ambit Finvest Pvt. Ltd.Job Summary:We are Lookingdynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to drive the origina on and acquisi on of Secured Loan (Loan Against Property LAP) proposals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, customer rela onship management, credit evalua on, collec ons, and achieving sales targets, while aligning with the companys credit policies and opera onal standards.Key Responsibility:1. Loan Origination & Credit Evaluation:Originate high-quality LAP proposals through market intelligence, referrals, and channel partnerships. Evaluate and assess customer proposals in line with companys credit policy and risk framework. o Log posi ve proposals into the system and coordinate with credit/risk teams for approvals.2. Sales Target Achievement:Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor and manage pipeline to ensure mely deal closures and revenue realiza on.3. Business Development:Conduct market research to identify poten al customers, selling possibili es, and new market trends. Actively generate leads through canvassing, cold calling, and networking with partners and customers.4. Client Rela onship Management:Develop and maintain strong rela onships with prospec ve and exis ng customers. o Understand customer needs and offer appropriate loan solu ons to ensure sa sfac on and loyalty. o Provide mely support and guidance to customers throughout the loan lifecycle.5. Channel & Stakeholder Management:Manage and nurture relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other external channel partners. o Ensure smooth coordina on and communica on between stakeholders and internal teams.6. Collections & Por olio Support:Follow up with overdue clients and assist in collec on efforts to reduce delinquencies. o Work closely with Credit and Risk teams to support por olio risk management ini a ves.7. Repor ng & Feedback:Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and updates. o Analyze sales and financial data to support strategic decision-making. Gather and relay market and customer feedback to internal teams for con nuous improvement.8. Operational Efficiency:Ensure availability and readiness of product material, sales kits, and documenta on for demos. o Lead and support contract nego a ons and resolve customer complaints or objections effectively.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor Degree & above
