Responsible to monitor HK staff punctuality through attendance/leave registers, appearance, and standard of performance.Responsible to ensure adherence to the policies & procedures, goals and mission of the MultiplexResponsible to ensure that the team provides courteous service to customers and responds promptly to customer enquiries, complaints and requests.Responsible to check all public areas, including toilets making sure they are in good condition.Responsible to report defects to maintenance and to make sure repairs are carried out.Responsible to recommend changes as necessary to increase efficiency levels minimizing time required for cleaning auditorium at the end of each show.Responsible to ensure that all housekeeping staff is aware of all fire and safety regulations.Responsible to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all guest areas at all times.Responsible to ensure that both self and team maintain the hospitality spirit at all times when dealing with customers and colleagues.Responsible to take shift duties as instructed by the Mgr /AM - HK.Responsible to personally supervise auditorium cleaning at the end of each show.Responsible to sanction leaves and grant permission to the housekeeping staffResponsible to ensure complete manning of housekeeping personnel at the UnitResponsible for planning and implementing the duty roster
