Strategizing and executing all HR related interventions for the organization which will include project based recruitment (mostly bulk), drafting policies from scratch, payroll management, capability development, Talent management, Benchmarking exercises, compensation and benefits process, Performance management system etc.Work closely with the Business head and regional HR teams to drive new interventions for the organizationWork towards resolving issues around employee grievances, recruitment, PMS, salary and job grading etc.Be a strong HR advisor to the leadership team in developing strong HR processes, managing HR budgets, succession planning and talent management plansAssist the Regional HR teams in creating operational expertise in India along with strong governance models in line with global policiesBe a strong custodian of statutory requirements
