Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior HR Manager, based in Chandigarh, to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective Recruitment and Selection service and to be responsible for the provision of the full range of HR services that meet the needs of our company of 150 employees.Job Profile and Responsibilities

  • This is a onsite job for our Chandigarh Office.
  • Calling up & scheduling job aspirants for various job Opening
  • Making and maintaining the document files for all new joinings and old staff.
  • Generating leads and finalising trainees for SEO Education Institute and Industrial Training
  • Liaising between colleges and different educational institutions
  • Attending Job Fest and College fest in and around Chandigarh in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh
Desired Candidates Profile
  • Graduate or Post Graduate with Human Resource as one major subject of study
  • Need to be excellent in Verbal/Written English
  • Competency in MS Office working Excel, Word , Excel and Google Docs
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Loyal, energetic and creative in exploring new ideas and fields.
  • Able to organise different activities for the staff
