Job Description

Partner with cross organizational end user support team (Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits) responsible for maintaining production systems and addressing high level production support issues. REGULARLY: less often than weekly, more often than monthly Identify data integrity issues (across all employee data) and implement audits to ensure data integrity. Liaise with customer to develop standard and ad-hoc reports. Develop and create PeopleSoft, Biscom, ImageNow user procedures, guidelines and documentation for each region and/ or service line. Mentor less experienced team members on existing processes/ functionality. INFREQUENTLY: monthly or quarterly Perform UAT (user acceptance testing) prior to implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches. Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches. Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. Supervisory This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Reporting Relationship Reporting to Manager, HRIS Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. NON-ESSENTIALS : Experience : 0 to 2 years will be preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Experience with any Workforce Management Tool. Maintains knowledge of Service Delivery Processes and Procedures. Ensures that others involved in a project or effort are kept informed about developments and plans. Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility. Ability to protect confidential matter. Must be well versed with MS Office which includes MS Excel, Power Point and Word. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload. Additional Information Working Conditions This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows. Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night. Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace. Work surface is stable (flat) .
