The 5yr old organisation is one of the most loved ed-tech platforms that reaches more than 4.5Mn registered users.As aniOS Lead Engineer, you will be leading the iOS Development team inbuilding the best edtech productWhat you will do:

  • Being responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including iOS mobile phones and iPads and pushing them on the App Store.
  • Developing of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services.
  • Identifying and resolving the bugs/ issues in real-time.
  • Working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
  • Being committed to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and towards creation of quality products.
  • Taking ownership for your code and being relentlessness to deliver projects with high business impact.
  • Writing high quality scalable code & unit tests, builds, tests as per agreed timelines.
  • Understanding requirements and design algorithms accordingly, while also Pitching in wherever the team needs help.
  • Understanding & achieving perfection in every small feature, creatingusability & design and willing to put-in extra effort for the best user experience.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • 6-8 years of experience in iOS App development (Preferably for a B2C Product), building iPhone and iPad Applications.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or or equivalent degree practical experience
  • Objective-C or Swift language proficiency along with Cocoa Touch knowledge.
  • Extensive experience developing in Objective-C and Swift.
  • Programmer Tools: Xcode, Instruments, and Git.
  • Solid grasp of algorithms, memory management, object oriented programming, MVC programming, and concurrent programming.
  • Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Hands on experience working with Storyboards, constraints and also know about different UI animations.
  • Knowledge about delegates, protocols, notifications and application life cycle.
  • Experience with JSON, XML, JavaScript, and interfacing iPhone/iPad applications to server side API.
  • Have love for coding with ownership and perfection, driven by data and a team player
  • Be dynamic and have ability to understand iOS app development cycle
