Role objective: To plan and execute activities and deliver the sales budget for the MT /Key Accounts Channel. Key Responsibilities: Customer contact for sales, promotion, operational planning. Quarterly review and monitoring of performance with all accounts based out of Western Region Mumbai. Category management (assortment planning, mapping, listing). Service levels delivered to customers (fill rates etc.) Volume planning. Manage brand mix as per the goals. Monthly analysis / review of primary and sales data of the chains Implementation of brand plans as per the activity calendar. Brand activation inputs. Supervision of the MT ISRs/promoters and merchandising team. Setting of the KRAs and Targets for ISRs/Merchandisers & Promoters Development & training of the reporting team,
