Job Description

    Roles & ResponsibilitiesSingle point of contacto Acting as the main point of contact between key healthcare partners and internal teamso Negotiating contracts with key healthcare partners and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each partners long-term goals To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key partners to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Own all plans and strategies for developing business and improving revenues from healthcare partnersResearch key partners wants and needs Suggest solutions that answer partners needs and wants Resolve partners complaints in an effective and respectful way Plan periodical site visits and present our products to the potential members Customer management: Drive high standards of customer service and satisfactionthroughout all areas of the businessQualification & Experience10+ years of overall experience in Key Account Management/ B2B Sales1. Hospital experience in general operations preferred at 50+ bed multi-specialty hospitals (NABH) 5+ years experience in managing teams MBA - hospital administration (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication with experience in working in a formal corporate setup Experience in Client Relationship Management Ability to build rapport with key clients Strong negotiation and leadership skills Aptitude in networking and building relationships Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams Conceive & deploy newer ways to drive higher conversions/revenue in the most efficient manner Manage hospital and doctor relationships - interaction and good rapport with variousstakeholders - hospital owner/s, finance department, doctors, billing/admin department etc Eye on end to end operations through continuous monitoring with major focus onenhancing quality service and great patient experience Program manage with the cross functional focus groups to proactively resolve issues Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the team Analyse growth metrics, draw inferences and execute improvement actions - planexpansion strategies basis growing demandDesired SkillsCurious, proactive, practical and solution-oriented with Go Getter attitude Data savvy and love crunching numbers Good logical thinking, strong data analysis skills and problem-solving skills Aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical behaviour
