JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Integration Administrator team, he/she will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, project delivery, resource strategy, guiding a highly talented team, and be the single point of contact for local HR. This position requires an excellent technical, leadership and communication skills. The position also requires interaction with business users and the technical teams for analysis, development and deployments in MuleSoft, Oracle fusion tech-stack and other ERP integration technologies.
PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide Management oversight, leadership and direct supervision to technical team members within the Org.
Coordinate project activities and manage deliverables in a global environment.
Participate in business meetings and provide guidance to the project team
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Resolve projects scope issues and conflict management
Collaborate with Emerson Business groups, Technical Managers, Design Leads, and IT Shared Services team members
Collaborate with local management and participate in policy discussions
Work effectively in a global team environment
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS :
10 years of technical experience with MuleSoft Infrastructure setup and administration, Linux Administration, Azure DevOps, Fusion Middleware Administration, Automation of administration tasks using BASH, WLST and Python and Continuous Integration and Deployment using Jenkins, REST APIs
Must have strong troubleshooting skills
Must have hands on experience
MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL and other databases.
SonarQube configuration and management.
Administration of Apache Web Server
Administration of Tomcat Application server
Working with SVN, Git, Nexus and other version control systems.
Well versed on the maintenance and support of applications in an Enterprise Environment.
Strong understanding and hands on experience working with Middleware Technologies (MuleSoft/SOA/ADF/OSB/WebLogic)
Strong understanding of networking and networking concepts.
Experience with applications running on Windows and Linux
Must have strong hands-on technical knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration and Deployment practices including experience with Jenkin s and Azure DevOps.
Ability to foster an environment of learning, progression and accountability, and ability to learn new applications and create administration plans.
Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle
Ability to travel globally
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS : BE/ B. Tech/ MCA Candidate should possess the degree from a recognized University/ Institution only
