Position Summary To prepare accurate management information in a timely manner and support Operations financial requirements. Over time this position will be responsible for the training, development and supervision of the project analysts. Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL Act as focal point for Business Line. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Preparation/Approval of Journal entries. Lead Forecasting & Budgeting routines Lead Close Process Preparation/Approval of Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Review Fluctuation Analysis Review monthly financial reports. Participate in regular Operational Meetings. Support Customer Audits Any other tasks as required by Management. NON - ESSENTIAL Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Over time this position will be responsible for the training, development and supervision of project analysts.

Education and/or Experience Relevant degree or equivalent from two - year College course; Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance & Accounting or Business Studies. Language Skills Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, government bodies, and peers. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have sufficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PeopleSoft.
