Job Description

    Openings in Field Sales for a Top 3 Life Insurance Company in India.Looking for people from non-Life Insurance background who are currently engaged in sales.Motivated candidates with the intent to do filed sales and have a great career in Sales.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      • Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals.
      • Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and attend community events to build a strong client base.
    2. Sales and Client Acquisition:
      • Present, promote, and sell insurance products (e.g., life, health, motor, property) to prospective clients.
      • Assess client needs and financial situations to recommend suitable insurance plans.
      • Explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits clearly to ensure informed decision-making.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
      • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
      • Regularly follow up with clients for policy renewals and additional product opportunities.
    4. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
      • Participate in sales strategy meetings and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
    5. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Complete all required paperwork, including application forms, policy documentation, and contracts.
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
      • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
    6. Market Awareness and Competitor Analysis:
      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
      • Provide insights and suggestions for new product development or modifications.
