Job Description

  • Preparation Of Invoices and related dispatch documents, Monthly MIS, etc.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts, Day to Day Accounting, Cash and Bank Book, Tally, and AdvanceExcel GST and TDS, MIS, Inter Companies Reconciliations, etc.
  • Preparation of TDS/TCS, GST Return, and related records and filing of GST Returns.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly Accounting information.
  • The person will be responsible for handling the accounts of the company on the tally and other accounting related work with regular reporting of Key figures.
  • Maintain the record of Employee Impress
  • Petty Cash Expense posting in Accounting System
  • Perform Accounts Payable function and maintain appropriate records.
  • Expense Analysis with respect to Projects
  • Employee Expense Reimbursement Posting
