Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business from new clients in P2P / Contract Manufacturing Model.
  • Handling Business Development and generate business leads ensuring growth and organizations market position.
  • Handling & coordinating with existing client and get new production from them.
  • Sustaining current business and add on new business with targeted approach.
  • Working on a growth strategy focusing customer satisfaction and financial gains.
  • Identifying the bottlenecks in timely execution of tasks and eliminating them.
  • Transfer price negotiation with customers to achieve targeted gross margin.
  • Co-ordination with plan for timely dispatch of products to avoid the sales loss.
  • Payment follow-ups with the customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Should have 8-12 years of experience in Business Development of contract manufacturing for pharma related products.
  • Should be able to bring business for formulation Plant ( i.e. Tablet, Capsule, Ointment, Hard Gelatin etc.).
  • Should have a sound commercial understanding of contract manufacturing business for pharmaceuticals.
  • Should be capable of convincing customers regarding companys strengths, product quality, services, etc.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Strong Network with Mid & Large Pharma BD/Purchase Team.
