Responsible for the generation of increased revenue from the Corporate, Insurance segment and other institution driven segment to group of hospitals within the city.Lead the vertical in a particular market & continuously drive excellence in this segmentMain Job Tasks:Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment in conjunction with Marketing ManagerDefine the objectives from the corporate and insurance segment, evaluate the business opportunities and translate them to clear-cut working planDevelop clear definition of broad sub-segment within the corporate segment and define approach to drive benefits from each of these sub-segmentsWork with Marketing manager to build resource plan and ensure efficient, clearly defined usage for desired benefitMarketing to corporate and third party insurersBuild database of key corporations and insurance companies & establish close knit marketing contact to continuously excel contribution from this segmentEnsure efficient working system within the hospital for smooth flow of corporate and insurance patients, work with finance, customer care to drive efficient service deliveryDrive innovative programs among corporations and large institutions to build organization visibilityTie-up with key service providers in pre-insurance business & ensure continuous stream of revenue among set of hospitals in the marketInsurance business and innovative productsIdentify opportunities and gap in insurance offering and derive innovative insurance products for co-marketing with the set of hospitals within the region that will enhance value for all associated stakeholdersDevelop contacts with direct insurance companies to ensure tight control on price being offered
