Functional Requirements: To manage the day to day operations of the plant.Complete understanding of the skills and experience required to perform Mechanical fitter job.Fault finding of all Mechanically performed instruments.Co- ordination with other departmentsBreakdown Analysis & Preventive Maintenance of the whole plant.Recording of all data in plant log book.Preventive Maintenance of all utility & process equipments to be carried out & recoded as per check list.Job cards related with production, utilities, ware house & admin to be closed within a day or two.Spares inventories to be maintained to minimized breakdowns.,
