Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Work towards ensuring zero harm at workplace.
    • Exploration data analysis and Preparation of Grade Control Model of all reserve stopes.
    • Work on forecast grade and achieve the grade.
    • Close monitoring of Development faces for dilution control.
    • Execution of grade control sampling, CMS scanning, and Reconciliation.
    • Take initiative for dilution control.
    • Underground mapping and its interpretation for developing mineralized envelop of lower levels and develop 3D structural model.
    • Prepare ring wise grade with planned losses, recovery and dilution.
    • Prediction of Grade for Development faces for monthly rolling plan.
    • Monitoring of Stockpile. Prepare and execute ore blend schedule.
    • Maintain MIS of grade flow chart and reconciliation.
    • Support Head Mine Geology in statutory compliance.
    Desired Attributes:
    • Incumbent should be a MTech/M.Sc. in Geology or applied Geology with an experience of 5+ years preferably in similar roles.
    • Underground experience mandatory.
    • Competent person for Metal Mining: JORC SAMREC, NI 43-101
    • Must have led high performing team and hands on experience in Datamine/ Surpac, AutoCAD & MapInfo/ Arc GIS with analytical bend of mind, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Technologically savvy professionals with proven capability to deliver outcomes with focus on Integrity, ethics & governance may only apply.
