Job Description

Job DescriptionAcmeMinds Private Limited is looking for a highly qualified Network and Systems Engineer to monitor and manage our clients networks remotely. Our client is located in Media, PennsylvaniaWe want a team player to join our clients awesome and very dedicated team.Experience Required (but not limited to)

  • Onsite and Remote technical support with Microsoft OS, Laptops, Servers and MAC OS. Linux, Android, and/or IOS knowledge a must.
  • Microsoft Server maintenance, Active Director, Exchange, IIS, Office 365, SharePoint, Cloud Backups.
  • Knowledge with various brands and types of network devices, firewalls, switches, printers, cameras, and other peripherals.
  • Strong networking troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in an MSP environment a huge plus.
Experience in ConnectWise Manage & Automate is a plus.Competencies:
  • Excellent Spoken and written communication for working with teammates and clients.
  • Effectively communicate with key client contacts to perform technical recommendations.
  • Proactive maintenance to diverse networks in size and setup.
  • Experience using Remote Management Tools.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving in general.
  • Time management via Internal Ticketing software.
Ability to work, communicate, and follow through with a focused team is required.Working hours 9:30 pm 5:00 am IST. (Rotational shifts)
