Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations Welcome and greet visitors to the hub. Understand their need and direct them to the appropriate person Attend all calls to the hub, identify purpose and pass on messages as appropriate Owner of maintaining all office supplies like Stationery, Communication Devices etc. Receive and redirect all incoming correspondence, including couriers, vendor bills etc. Hub & Member Management Retrieve and Communicate invoice details every month Redirect/ Assign support tickets and track resolution through the relevant support teams Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager
