As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for the Oracle Fusion Financials suite of applications. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, timely resolution of issues, and the continuous optimization of finance processes.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and more.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams and users to gather requirements, identify system issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Assist with system configurations, user access management, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the accurate implementation of new features, functionality, and customizations.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and provide user training as needed.
• Work closely with other IT and finance teams to support business operations.
