Job Summary: This position will be responsible for leading a team and carryingout Oracle implementations/upgrades based on businessrequirements in the area of manufacturing and planning. Tasks would include solution designing andfacilitating configurations, unit testing, interface testing, creation andmaintenance of process flow documentation and assistance with customer siteinstallation and training Process. Required Skills and Experience: 15 years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS Manufacturingmodules Expertlevel knowledge in Oracle Manufacturing Setups, Module configuration andBusiness impact , Business Process Re- engineering, Solution Design andBusiness Process mapping Shouldhave strong Knowledge in various MFG Modules such as Inventory, Bill ofMaterial, Engineering, Costing, AdvancedProduct Catalog, Enterprise Asset Management and Quality Shouldhave strong understanding of Demand to Release and Plan to Build Cycles Handson experience working with Oracle ASCP Handson experience working with Configure to Order Scenarios Shouldhave good Knowledge on Business Scenario with Star Parts, Model Configuration,ATO, CTO, PTO Expertlevel of knowledge of Manufacturing transaction flow and Business processes -Custom and standard Both Possessgood technical expertise in writing SQL queries, debugging PL/SQL code Broadunderstanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple businessprocesses or technology designs within a product/technology family which enablesto be in advisory position in Global environment Abilityto Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment,in order to support/ implement Oracle products and technology to meet customerneeds Demonstratesexpertise to deliver functional and technical Global solutions on complex customer engagements Abilityto lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to developskills of team members Translatescomplex business and design requirements into technical requirements Directsand owns process/system changes and reviews process changes toensure improved productivity Determinesopportunities to redesign business processes that will optimize better businessresults Strongexpertise and ability to dissect multiple, complex and dynamic information,interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implementintervention strategies to attain performance targets Leadsthe support/development and enhancement of enterprise-wide client applicationsin support of the Digital organizations objectives Developtraining material and application documentation as required. Educate businessusers Advancedoral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively withdifferent functions across Emerson Business and different levels within theorganization.
