Key Responsibilities: Manage, develop, customize and maintain the Corporate website and its integrated solutions end to end. Research and identify solutions to the given problem/requirements. Develop new solutions to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot the issues raised by Sales and Support Team. Provide prompt and accurate solutions. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications: A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field coupled with proven work experience as an ERP / CRM Developer/Consultant or similar role. Experience or exposure to CRM software. Experience with WordPress and ExpressionEngine. Strong skills with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Backbone JS, Ajax and SQL. Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills. Experience with Client Side and Server-Side languages. Strong experience developing and maintaining content management tools. Solid working experience with APIs. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
