Job Description

Plant Head - Injectable PlantKey Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of injectable products.- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize plant performance, increase production capacity, and reduce operational costs, aligning with the companys overall business objectives.- Ensure strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), regulatory guidelines, and safety standards throughout the plant, maintaining a culture of quality and compliance.- Lead and mentor a large team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and promoting employee development and growth.- Manage the plants budget and resources effectively, monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures to improve profitability.- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components, minimizing disruptions to production schedules.- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce waste.- Represent the plant during regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining a strong relationship with regulatory agencies.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated expertise in sterile manufacturing processes, particularly in the production of injectable pharmaceuticals, with a deep understanding of aseptic techniques and equipment.- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), regulatory requirements (e.g., US FDA, EMA), and quality control principles, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues, optimize processes, and improve plant performance.- Excellent understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, enabling effective coordination with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.- Bachelors degree/PG in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.Interested can send their updated resume on given below Email ID or WhatsApp number Email: hrdjobshelpconsultant@gmail.comWhatsApp and calling number is hidden_mobile/hidden_mobile
