Plant Head (Production)

Job Description

Plant HeadKey Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage overall plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage budgeting and financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and employee development.
• Act as a liaison between senior management and department heads.
Qualifications:
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• MBA or equivalent business management qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in the Automobile Industry with deep operational knowledge.
• Strong understanding of machining, grinding, and electroplating processes (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in independently managing a plant.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
