Roles andResponsibilities: Lead the planning and end toend implementation of Oracle EBS R12. Develop scope of workstatements, project plans, schedules work breakdown structures, resourceallocation models and implementation action plans. Facilitate the definition ofproject scope, goals and deliverables per clients needs. Define the complete end to endphased planning for implementation stages. Monitor and track project tasksand resource requirements time to time with phases of implementation. Work with client tosatisfactorily execution of project plan and schedule. Adhere to project timelines to achieveon-time delivery for client Track project deliverables andcommunicate with client sponsors and stakeholders to deliver on-time and withinscope and budget Manageproject schedules, budgets and resource allocations and ensure that the scopeand budget are in controlWorks on ERP functional issuesthat arise from implementations, upgrade, new system features and others. Identify the project risks,assess the risks and plan for mitigation and contingencies Lead meetings betweenstakeholders, resources, senior managers and executives to provide projectstatus and follow PMO project reporting Collaborate with Technical,Client PMs, developers, DBAs and business users on system requirementsgathering, system analysis, design and implementation of new features andsystems Work with the trainingdepartment to ensure proper trainings before projects are implemented; SDLC procedures andpractices for all activities and deliverables Coordinate and verify systemtesting for system upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of newmodules Responsible for participating / conducting CAB review meetings andupdating the project management calendar, Cutover plans and ApplicationMaintenance Plans Partner with businessfunctional areas to improve processes and realize efficiencies Liaison with vendors andconsultants to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner Work with Oracle Support toresolve SR issues with coordination of Functional and technical teams. Ensuresproper communication within project team; ensures that project status, issuesand successes are communicated to project governance and documentedappropriately.Maintain and publish allproject related communications with relevant stakeholders. Demonstrate accountability formeeting milestones and delivery with quality. Skills & Experience Required At least 12 years of overallIT Experience in Oracle ERPs and handled phases like development, testing andsupport. At least 6 years in a role asProject Manager, with responsibility for project management Thorough understanding ofproject management phases, techniques and tools & Reporting Experience in managing multipleprojects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks. Experience in Managing andimplementing Oracle EBS Projects and Non-Oracle Projects (Web Applications /Integrations) Experience in managing projectsinvolving integration from multiple edge systems Technical Expertise /experience on web applications and architecture preferred but not mandatory
