This role is responsible for project management and service delivery of all products & services.1) Project management, planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services.2) On Time, within budget Implementation of the complete project3) Enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organization4) Customer engagement to address customer dependencies & e2e project delivery as per signed scope of work. D eliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) 1) Customer engagement & communication2) Project kick off meeting/call with Customer3) Resolution of customer dependencies4) Share Project Plan with the customer5) e2e tracking & monitoring of project delivery6) Proactive & timely project status update to the customer7) Project follow ups, escalations and constraint resolution8) Project Stage tracking & ensure timely delivery9) Customer CPE integration & testing10) Delivery of third party media/bandwidth11) Schedule planned activities with the customers12) Accelerate & Maximize revenue by faster deployment of projectsMajor Challenges : 1) Handling day to day challenges such as capacity constraints, material readiness with factories and timely resolution to ensure faster delivery within customer RFS.2) Handling non feasible, copper constraint orders D ecision level Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management 1) Accelerate & Maximize revenue by faster implementation of circuits Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis1)Day to day decisions for on time delivery management Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others D emostrate (Key competencies) - Good understanding of project management concepts and methodology- Excellent relationship management with customer, cross functional team- Good written and verbal communication skills- Good understanding of products, services- Good planning & execution skills- Can do attitude & problem solving skills- Quick thinking & analytical ability- Process orientation and eye for detail- Result OrientationEducational Level Must have: - Diploma Technical, preferably B.E/B.Tech- Qualify CS Hiring Test- Strong communication skills- Strong planning and execution skills Preferable: - PMP Certified- CCNA/CCNPWorking Experience Must have: - 4 7 years project execution experience in Telecom/ISP industry- Sound understanding of telecom technology, products & services,
