Project Manager - ConstructionKey Responsibilities:- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.- Establish project control systems for cost, time, and resource management.- Track progress, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.- Support PMO functions including risk management, documentation, and compliance.- Coordinate with execution teams, contractors, and consultants for accurate reporting.- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and client requirements.Requirements:- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical; MBA/PG in Project Management preferred.- 12 years of experience in planning/project controls/PMO, with exposure to data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and project management tools.- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.If you are actively looking for a job change and searching for new opportunities kindly share your updated resumeOur calling and WhatsApp number is 8.7.9.6.5.0.7.5.9.9 Email: hrdjobshelpconsultant at gmail dot com
