Job Description

    Overview:b Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager for our Project Sales division. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing the sales function within the assigned area and geography. As the Area Manager, you will be the face of the company for multiple stakeholders, including Contractors, Builders, Architects, Interior Decorators, and Dealers.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Prospecting potential business through large sites and maintaining a constant pipeline of projects.
    2. Identifying business opportunities and providing consultation on painting requirements at project sites.
    3. Planning and strategizing for the depot geography for short-term and long-term objectives.
    4. Expanding the client base by acquiring new clients, including builders, government institutions, construction sites, etc.
    5. Collecting reliable market data and competitor insights to guide decision-making.
    6. Working towards achieving monthly business objectives and targets.
    7. Implementing project-specific initiatives and schemes to drive sales growth.
    8. Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions to client issues.
    9. Coordinating with other functions to ensure availability of materials and services.
    10. Guiding and supporting the frontline sales team.
    Educational Background and Work Experience:
    • Full-time Post Graduate from a reputed institute with 8-10 years of experience in Project Sales, Building Dealer & Contractor Network, Sales, and Business Development.
    • Demonstrated success in the Sales function with an extensive network in the industry and experience in team handling.
    Key Competencies and Skills:
    • Strong business acumen and a drive to build and grow the business in a highly competitive environment.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to nurture relationships and promote new ideas.
    • Effective project management skills with a sense of urgency in achieving organizational goals.
    • Ability to travel frequently to various locations as required.
