This is second line manager vacancy wherein both ASM+MR would be reporting to him, hence if you are sharing candidature of Area Sales Manager then he should be having minimum 5 years of experience as First Line Manager. Preferably from Critical Care Background segment & reputed companies. Should have hospital working experience(IPD).Should be based at Chandigarh. AGE - RSM-Below 40, Candidate should behaving hospitals working(preferred only from IPD & not OPD) exposure. Candidates who are purely from the oral segment are not eligible. Only Science & Pharmagraduates arewelcome.No candidate fromCardio Diabetic or Super specialty segment.We can consider ASM profiles for RSM if the stability is good. ,
