Job Title: Relationship Officer LAP & Home Loan Location(s): Jalandhar, Shimla, Gurgaon, Zirakpur, Chandigarh Department: SalesExperience Required: 1 Years (preferably in LAP or Home Loans)Age: 34 Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
• Identify and source LAP and Home Loan leads through open market activities, references, cold calling, and field visits.
• Develop and manage relationships with connectors (DSAs, brokers, real estate agents) to generate a steady flow of business.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Coordinate with customers for required documentation and ensure a smooth application process.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of LAP and Home Loan products
• Ability to network and manage connector relationships
