About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and passionate Relationship Managers to support our Farmers Loan business. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping farmers access financial solutions.Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers and local communities.
• Generate leads for agricultural and farmer loan products.
• Visit villages and assigned territories to meet potential customers.
• Explain loan products and assist customers throughout the application process.
• Collect and verify required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing.
• Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on agricultural loan schemes and banking products.
Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers are welcome.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Passout year: 2hidden_mobile.
• Age: Up to 25 years.
• Male candidates preferred due to extensive field travel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones is an advantage.
