Job Description

    Centre For SuccessPosition: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Elante Offices, ChandigarhWork hours: 40 hours per week Job SummaryCentre for Success (CFS) is an authorized testing and coaching centre for CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) and CAEL CE (Canadian Academic English Language Test) tests in Chandigarh. These are English language proficiency tests needed for Canadian permanent residency and student visas. Our coaching programs are offered through online and in-person channels. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, fast-learning and self-motivated sales and marketing executive at our Elante Office site in Chandigarh. This person will develop, implement and oversee sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote our tests in North India primarily.Key Responsibilities
    • Understanding the English language proficiency tests industry in North India in order to identify new business opportunities for CFS
    • Understanding and promoting CFS training products
    • Crafting and implementing a budget friendly sales and marketing plan to increase business
    • Identifying important stake holders in the training industry
    • Meeting with potential clients/stake holders virtually or during sales visits
    • Demonstrating and presenting CFS products to potential clients with the aim of maximizing revenue
    • Arranging frequent free information sessions to attract new clients with help of management and trainers
    • Working closely with the digital marketing team to improve business and implement new ideas
    • Cold calling leads obtained from own research or through paid digital marketing efforts for increased conversions
    • Maintaining accurate records and data
    • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
    • Accountable for achievement of sales targets
    • Reviewing sales performance every month and submitting a report to management
    • Negotiating contracts and packages with clients
    Requirements and QualificationsEducation and Certification
    • Undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized university
    • Degree with a focus on marketing and sales
    • Familiarity with language proficiency tests like IELTS, PTE and CELPIP a plus
    Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing
    Knowledge and Skill Set
    • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi
    • Comfortable with field work in the tri-city area and travel outside, if necessary
    • Conflict management and resolution
    • Strong negotiation and marketing tactics
    • Proficient in MS office, and internet savvy
    • Familiarity with social media handles
    • Soft Skills such as relationship building, critical thinking, empathy, active listening, growth mind-set, confidence, adaptability, professional integrity and resilience
    • Ability to set priorities, plan/organize work and to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Be a team-player who is willing to wear multiple hats, when required
    • Commitment to privacy and confidentiality
    • Comfortable working late evenings and weekends, if necessary
